As we approach the end of Summer, we are still working to secure the venue for the Fall Expo. Amanda and I will be meeting this week to work on all the details. There has also been interest in gathering for a meeting this month as an opportunity for new members coming in and sharing ideas for moving forward. A date has not been chosen, but I will post it on the Facebook page as an event and will try to do so at least a week out to give everyone a chance to make it.
If you hadn't noticed, I also tried something new with the last addition to the Directory. I would like to go back to posting separately for each new business listing. This works on two levels: better exposure for each business as they go into the directory and also, because I'm no writer, it helps to keep the blog active. So please send in your listing applications, give me something to blog about! This is free and makes your services searchable. You can find the application in the files section on the
Facebook page and remember a photo for your listing. Photos can be logos, a product sample shot, or your own smiling face; whichever best represents your business.
